David Carattini - President and CEO of Arizona Tech Works, Inc.
He has worked in the computer industry for over 16 years supporting Windows Macintosh Linux and Unixbased solutions. Before starting Arizona Tech Works, he worked for ISSSP Inc in Scottsdale, AZ as their Vice President of Technology. There he implemented several solutions to increase the reliability and speed of the ISSSP network and servers, allowing workers to be much more productive, and saving ISSSP over $7500 per year in lost productivity. He was responsible for over 1500 users at Hill Air Force Base, Utah as a civilian IT Contractor. He was instrumental in a smooth migration from Novel NetWare to Windows NT on several servers at the base with minimal impact to the users. He also was responsible for integrating Macintosh workstations into the base network. Dave is known to his friends as the Mac Genius before there was an official Mac Genius at retail Apple stores. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). He has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Weber State University and an A.A.S. degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute. Dave is married to his wonderful companion Julie and they have two children. Dave is the perfect solution to the small business who needs an IT manager without the expense of a full time staff.
